RPE’s primary role is to provide engineering and support that ensures the integrity of COMPANY’s starting design basis, technical standards, project schedule, budgets and safety standards are maintained during this Project phase.

The following deliverables shall be required to be produced by RPE:

• Perform Detailed Engineering – level design work for all Facilities/Unit/System, producing the engineering technical deliverables required by COMPANY (including Basis of Design and Scope of Work) for COMPANY to issue further tenders for the associated work for the development contracts
• Provide specialized/3rd party work including safety studies (HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, etc.), flow assurance, etc. as requested by COMPANY.
• Prepare the Requisition-Level Deliverables for the choses Long Lead Items. The Long Lead Items identification shall be developed based on the latest market survey report.
• Prepare Class 4 Cost Estimate for the associated work including TKDN calculation
• Prepare an overall Level 3 Project Schedule of the associated work, to evaluate the feasibility and viability of the Development and to perform various analysis, such as critical path, resource leveling, or what-if scenarios.

This scope covers study, calculation and drawing development for restoration of existing jetty facilities and Drilling Site Preparation (DSP) work in Pagerungan Kecil Island to support drilling operation activities as part of Rancak Field Redevelopment Project.

PT Prima Energi Bawean has been entrusted with the operation of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Bawean Field at the Camar Marine Terminal. As part of their mandate, they are planning to reactivate the field, which comprises a range of production facilities. These include the Monopod “A” platform (MPA), the WHP Platform, the CPP Platform, pipeline connections, and other auxiliary facilities.
This FEED, performed by PT Reka Patria Ekaguna, is for reactivation of the Bawean Field, and more specifically the MPA. The FEED deliverables will be used to:

• Set the design basis for execution for all engineering disciplines
• Establish and document design philosophies
• Develop and define all principal design parameters and set the basis for subsequent detailed engineering execution
• Perform site visit to MPA as to review existing topside facilities including but not limited to:
  P&ID
  Equipment layout
  Single Line Diagram
  Piping route
• Perform site visit to CPP as to find available space to place a new riser for incoming line from MPA as well as replacing topside flow line from incoming new riser.
• Develop a project execution (EPCI) schedule.
• Define project execution costs to an approximate +20% / -20% level of accuracy or advised by Contractor as normal industry standard.
• Prepare MTOs for LLI at an early stage in FEED in order for Company to consider placing an early Purchase Order prior to EPCI award.
• Prepare MTOs for topside facilities.
• The result of FEED shall produce approved for construction documents as to sufficiently allow company to tender for EPCI in a fast-track schedule.

(IBCI) during tender of “Provision of EPCIC for Booster Compressors Installation for G2/61 and G12/48” for PTTEPI and PTTEP ED in the Gulf of Thailand. COMPANY decided to develop Booster compressors installation on the existing wellhead platforms which have depleted wells to prolong gas production. The booster compressors installation is planned as below locations:

• WP4, WP23 and WP25 at G2N.
• WPS2, WPS3, WPS5, WPS6 and WPS15 at G2S.
• WPS16 at G12/48
• WPS8 at G2S (optional)
