This project involves Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) services for facility deconstrainment at the Pematang and Pungut facilities operated by PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR).
The project is categorized as an onshore brownfield development, aimed at improving facility reliability and operational performance.
Contractor shall perform but not limited to provide engineering, as built drawing, procurement, construction, and installation, commissioning, and start-up for Pematang and Pungut facility.
The project focuses on upgrading and deconstraining existing facilities at Pematang and Pungut, enabling improved production flow and operational efficiency.
The scope includes engineering updates, procurement of critical equipment, site fabrication, construction, installation, and full commissioning activities to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Given the brownfield nature of the facilities, the project requires careful planning, phased execution, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
The work area covers Pematang and Pungut onshore facilities, including gas stations, wellpads, and interconnecting pipeline systems as illustrated in the project drawings and layout maps.
