Scope of Work :
Existing Reactor Modification, Reactor need to be modified because of the increase of amido amine demands. Modified reactor will be operated to produce amido amines, so it will operates in vacuum condition and need an additional distillation column, using packed column.
Scope of works, included engineering, procurement, construction, assist commissioning and start-up, and documentation of New Betaine Plant and Reactor Modification
Review of basic engineering design, detailing engineering design, including various required studies.
Procurement of all equipment, bulk materials and consumables,
5.Fabrication of all piping system, structural steel, and E/I support equipment at workshop.
Installation of all piping system, structural steel, and E/I support equipment at site.
Carry out installation all equipments such as pump, field instrument, lighting, motor starter, and all other materials required.
Perform shutdown tie-in works to integrate the system into the existing plant.
Pre-commissioning, assist commissioning and start-up including its supporting facilities.
